18th March New Junior Session
Due to popular demand we have started a new class for 8 to 12 year olds from 7pm to 8pm. Fencers 13 years old and older should attend the later session from 8pm to 9.50pm
11th July Summer Break
There are no club meetings during the summer holidays. Our last class will be on Thursday 22nd July and we return on Thursday 9th September.
7th June Exams are over
We are back to normal hours now until the end of term - 8pm to 9.45pm.
27th May Change of venue
Fencing tonight, Thursday 27th May, is in Gym 1 due to exams. No fencing Thursday 3rd June due to school closure (half term).
15th May Early Finishes
Due to the exams in June, the following lessons will finish at 9.00pm:

    8th April There will be NO fencing on 8th and 15th April, as the school is closed.
    8th January Fencing 9pm finish
    The Leisure Centre have advised us that we need to finish at 9pm on Thursday 14th January, as they need to set up for exams the next day.
    7th January Fencing Cancelled
    Due to the poor weather and snow, we have cancelled the fencing for tonight.
    17th December Christmas and New Year
    The last session for this year will be 17th December, then we will return on 7th January 2010.

    5th October Shortened Session
    Due to school exams, the session on 12th November will finish one hour earlier at 9.00pm.
    19th October Autumn Half Term
    There will be no fencing on Thursday 29th October as it is half term.
    19th October Begin Fencing Course 24th October Cancelled
    It is with regret that we have had to cancel this one session. We have added an extra session at the end of the course on Saturday 12th December.
    22nd July Summer Break
    Our last night for fencing will be 30th July and we will return on 10th September.

    16th May May Holiday
    There will be no fencing on Thursday 28th May, due to the school holidays.
    We will return on Thursday 4th June, but please note the class will finish at 9pm due to exams.
    Can I also remind you that we are not allowed coloured drinks in the sports hall.
    19th April We're back on 23rd April
    Not only are we back, but we now have our new kit, following the Grassroots Grant.
    We will now be able to do electric and non-electric fencing.
    Also, we have new masks, jackets, lames, gloves and more...See you Thursday. June and Richard.
    28th March Easter Club meetings
    Our last lesson before Easter will be 2nd April.
    There will be NO fencing on 9th and 16th April.
    We are back as normal on 23rd April.
    18th March Gym 2 - School Sports Hall
    On 19th March, the fencing will be in Gym 2, not the social lounge. Remember, No Food and No drink. Only water bottles you can sip from.
    11th March Gym 1 - Social Lounge
    On 12th March, the fencing will be in Gym 1, not the school gym as this has been postponed for a week. So Social Lounge again, I'm affraid.
    8th March Fencing returns to the School Gym
    On 12th March, we will be back in the school gym, but with entry from the left side and not the emergency blue doors we used to enter by.
    Also, the Leisure Centre have told us no food or drink is allowed in the gym. Only water in bottles you can sip from.
    26th February Fencing Tonight
    Fencing is on tonight and we will be in Gym 1 (the social lounge).
    13th February FHFC Badges
    These are available to members at £2.50 each. All proceeds will go towards the cost of the BFA registration fee.
    13th February FHFC T-shirts
    I have ordered 20 T-shirts in varying sizes, which should be ready for when we return on 26th Feb. The price will be £8.95. Adding your name to the front or back is an extra £5.50. Please let Richard know if you want your name added asap. You can pay by cash or cheque payable to "Fox Hollies Fencing Club".
    12th February Half Term week
    Fencing will not take place on 19th Feb
    6th February Fencing Gala Teams Day (7th Feb):
    This has been cancelled due to the weather.
    We hope to set another date for the Gala next term.
